We got up at a decent hour, I made Marieka's coffee, and we did our morning exercises while listening to Radio One on my cell phone.

Then, I went to the convenience store for supplies, as we had no eggs, oil, or peanut butter, and the convenience store was all that would open before 10am. I got my list of stuff and paid handsomly for it, but it meant we could have a good breakfast.
The cast iron needed seasoning, and a non-vinyl spatula, but the eggs were good and the keto bagels were sort of bagel-esque.
After breakfast, we headed to the Visitor Info Centre and then the Isabel Creek Store - the health food store, where the bill was once more quite large, but we walked away with fresh veg (some local) and a few other staples.

Marieka wanted a break from biking, so we walked to Hayden Turner for first lunch (egg ad kimchi salad sandwiches) and second lunch later (carrots, PB, bars, and keto-friendly chocolate). We walked the beach at Hayden Turner, sat to eat lunch, and I got root sap across the butt o my new shorts. We'll see if it ever comes out.
Walking back, I pointed out the Queen Charlotte Mainline FSR, closed due to bridge repairs, and saw the Cranberry Creek Trailhead. We followed what we thought was the trail up a long way, having second lunch before I checked on Canada Topo, saw where we were, and got us onto the Gore Trail out. Dinner was at the Village Hearth again, though earlier, and with chia pudding flavoured with keto hot chocolate mix for dessert.
